One thing we know is that our team of Arborists is not only skilled in our field of work but they also have skills and passions that go beyond tree trimming and care. One way that we engage our teams is to involve them in different teams and projects. One of those teams is our safety committee. Leading up to our annual company wide safety meetings this past spring, our safety committee decided they wanted to put together a video series that highlighted how each team member can have an effect on their teams safety. It was impressive to see how these individuals came together and put together some great videos with a message that stuck with their co-works. I think you will be impressed with how how these videos relate to all of us and not just tree work.
