Jake Carr resides in the Fergus Falls, MN area. His love for the outdoors coupled with his passion for competition and commitment brought him back to the family business. Jake coached football for nine years at the collegiate level while obtaining a degree in Life Science Biology (Education 5-12) and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.

A certified ISA Arborist, Jake enjoys the challenge of growing and maintaining a strong business in the state of Minnesota. Employing safe, hard-working employees who love their job, love their family, and love their CTS team keeps Jake motivated. Jake is married to his wife Shari, and they have 3 children.

My name is Derek Witthuhn, I grew up on a dairy farm outside of Wadena Minnesota.  My passion for the outdoors has always been a big part of my life. I enjoy hunting, fishing, and anything related to the outdoors.  I reside near Wadena with my wife and daughter.

I started my career here at Carr's Tree Service looking to make some money.  What I found was a great career opportunity in a family environment.  Every day at Carr’s is a great experience for me.  I work with some really great team members here!

I am an ISA certified arborist and hold a Tree Risk Assessment Qualification.  I enjoy going out in the public every day and helping people make reliable educated decisions on how to take care of their trees.  I strive to have great communication with our customers and team.  My goal is to provide a safe, quality, and reliable service!

I grew up in St. Cloud and now live in the Brainerd Lakes Area. My love for the outdoors started at a young age and has grown into my career.

I have been with Carr's Tree Service since 2003 and have been an ISA Certified Arborist since 2012. I enjoy learning all I can about arboriculture through ongoing training.

I offer you the promise of taking care of your trees as I would my own. Whether it be structural pruning, removing dead wood, removing hazard limbs, removing dead or undesirable trees, brush mowing, installing a cabling system, plant health care, all the way down to grinding the stump.

I take pride in offering quality work at a fair price, creating return customers who appreciate the appearance and safety of a well-maintained tree.

My name is Rick Abear. I’m from the Brainerd Lakes Area and currently reside in the Motley-Lincoln area with my wife Christy and three of our daughters Olivia, Elizabeth, and Gianna who all attend Pillager High School.I enjoy hunting, fishing, all season camping and spending time with friends and family.

I have been in the tree care industry since 2007, involved with everything from power line clearance to residential tree removal & pruning. I’ve been an ISA Certified Arborist since 2018 and love my job with Carr’s Tree Service.
I strive to keep open communication with my customers and provide safe and efficient work at a high level of quality.
